D. Marlene Corn, 75, passed at away at her home on August 7, 2017. She was born to the late Victor and Lillian (Frick) Martin on March 14, 1942 in Fort Branch, IN.

Marlene was a member of St. Bernard’s Catholic Church in Snake Run. She was a beautician for over 55 years before becoming a real estate agent. She was also a member of the VFW Women’s Auxiliary post #2714 in Fort Branch, IN.

She was preceded in death by her first husband Don Wilkey in 1969 and brother Joeglen Martin.

She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years; Jeffrie Scott Corn of Fort Branch, IN, children; Gloria Jean (Mark) Cartwright of Princeton, IN, Tracy Wilkey of Evansville, IN, and Jeffrie Scott (Laura) Corn II of Charleston, SC., grandchildren; Ashley Nicole and Alexander Scott (Tiffany) Wilkey, Margaret Jane Corn, Jeffrie Scott Corn III, and Staci Robyn Feltman, siblings; Bill Martin, Rosemary Conner, Clarence Martin, Earl Martin, Jimmy Martin all of Fort Branch, IN, Raymond Martin, Roger Martin, Gerald Martin all of Haubstadt, IN, and Ralph Martin of Princeton, IN, great grandchildren Aubree and Paisley Wilkey.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church in Snake Run at 10:00 AM with Father Brian Emmick as the celebrant. Visitation will on Friday, August 11, 2017 at Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch, IN from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and also Saturday, August 12, 2017 at Stodghill Funeral Home from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM where we will go in procession to the church. Burial will be in Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in Fort Branch, IN. Donations can be made to St. Bernard’s Catholic Church and the Alzheimer's Association.
