Bonnie Nurrenbern Obituary

Bonnie J. Nurrenbern, 72, of Princeton, IN, passed away at Deaconess Heart Hospital in Newburgh, IN on October 17, 2018. She was born to the late Denzil “Dick” and Catherine (Kiesel) Memmer on November 30, 1945 in Haubstadt, IN.

She was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church in Snake Run and of St. Ann’s Altar Society. She was a nurse for 53 years and retired from Brink Family Practice after 30 years. Bonnie enjoyed collecting Longaberger Baskets and watching her grandchildren play sports, where she was the self-appointed stat keeper.

Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister; Lois Banet and a brother; Danny Memmer.

Bonnie is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Donald Nurrenbern, two sons; Kenneth (Wendi) Nurrenbern of Francisco, IN and Timothy (Diane) Nurrenbern of Haubstadt, IN, one brother; Tom (Jodie) Memmer of Princeton, IN, two sisters; Peggy Zenthoefer of Fort Branch, IN and Phyllis (Mike) McConnell of Francisco, IN, and 4 grandchildren; Sydney, Walker, Joshua, and Jaime Nurrenbern.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, October 22, 2018 at 9:30 a.m.at St Bernard Catholic Church in Snake Run with Father Brian Emmick as celebrant. Visitation will be on Sunday, October 21, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Stodghill Funeral Home with a Rosary service at 4:30 p.m.
