Chris A. (Hill) Keegan

Chris A. Keegan, 62, of Evansville, IN, formerly of Fort Branch, IN, passed away Friday, December 1, 2017 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN. She was born to Harry David and Genevieve (Anderson) Hill on November 27, 1955 in Evansville, IN.

Chris was a member and board of director of the Association of Surgical Technologists, the American College of Surgeons, a board member and Chair of ARCSTSA, a board member of NBSTSA, member of her local AST Chapter where she was the president, vice president, and treasurer. She was a FAST recipient and was also a published author. She was a college professor at Vincennes University where she taught surgical technology, surgical assisting, and a few history classes.

She is preceded in death by her father Harry David Hill.

Chris is survived by her mother Genevieve Beloat of Haubstadt, IN, her daughter Kimberly Keegan and her grandson Cameron Mahoney both of Evansville, IN, and her loved one and long time partner Rick McFall of Evansville, IN.

Services will be on Friday, December 8, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch, IN with Reverend Corey Atkins officiating. Visitation will be on Thursday, December 7, 2017 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Stodghill Funeral Home. Burial will be at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Fort Branch, IN.
