Alan E. Weber, 71, of Evansville, IN passed away on Friday June 20, 2014, at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN.  He was born to the late Philip and Leona (Hemiling) Weber on Nov. 25, 1942 in Princeton, IN.

He was a member of the St. Anthony Catholic Church in Evansville, IN.

Besides his parents Alan is also preceded in death by 2 sisters, Carol Jean Bittner in 2001 and Virginia Elpers in 2000.

He is survived by 2 sisters, Rita Dimmitt of Evansville, IN, and Cheryl Warren-Weyer of Princeton, IN.  He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian burial will be on Monday, June 23, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Cross Church in Fort Branch, IN, burial will be in the church cemetery.  Visitation will be on Sunday, June 22, 2014 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Stodghill Funeral Home located on Hwy. 168 west in Fort Branch, IN, and again from 9:00 AM until service time at the church on Monday.  A rosary will be recited at 7:30 PM Sunday evening at the funeral home
