Anthony S Brooks, 46, of Haubstadt, IN passed away on Thursday January 8, 2015 in an automobile accident. He was born in Fort Wayne IN Sept. 10, 1968 to Annanias(Marva) Brooks Jr and Juanita (Gary) Dickey. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Annanias Brooks Sr, Thomas and Evelyn Mack and father in law John Boruff. Anthony graduated from Wayne High School in 1986 and Indiana University in 1991. He was team leader at the Toyota Manufacturing Company where he worked for 15 years. He enjoyed music, spending time with his friends and family, Colts football, Cubs baseball and IU sports. He leaves behind his cherished wife, Leslie (Boruff) Brooks, two children, Darin and Kayla Brooks all of Haubstadt IN.His grandmother, Gwendolyn Brooks, brothers Stephen Brooks and Damon Brooks both of Fort Wayne, IN sisters Evelyn (Alfred) Lockett of Litchfield Park, AZ, Anissa (Klemont) Wright of Rossharon, TX, Step brothers and sisters, Nina Baker of Fort Wayne, IN Latoya Dickey of Fort Wayne, IN, Christopher (Shantell) Baker of Arlington TX, Carl M. Wright of Cypress, TX., Garrett Huchins of Fort Wayne, IN. Mother and Father in law, Cindy (Rick) Sipes of Bloomington IN. Brother and Sister in Law , Matthew Boruff, Will Sipes Anna Sipes all of Bloomington, IN Daniel Sipes of Birmingham AL. Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends. Services for Anthony will be Wednesday January 14, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch. Visitation will be Tuesday January 13, 2015 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch and again from 12:00 pm to service time on Wednesday. Burial will be at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Fort Branch, IN.
