Anthony D. (Tony)  Kiesel, 51, of Cynthiana, IN, passed away on Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at Deaconess Hospital Center in Evansville, IN.  He was born to in Princeton, IN. on June 13, 1961 to the late Clarence (Bud)  Kiesel and Barbara E. (Helsley) Kiesel who survives him.  He was a member of St. Wendel Catholic Church in St. Wendel, IN.  Tony was employed as an excavator with K and K excavating in Haubstadt, IN.  He was the best husband, and father, and loved his garage and drag racing.

Tony is preceded in death by his father,Clarence Kiesel , his brother Jeff Kiesel in 2008, and a nephew Nicholas Kiesel in 1988.

He is survived by his wife Terri (Simon) Kiesel of Cynthiana, 3 children Kyle, Jennifer, and Katie Kiesel all of Cynthiana, IN, his mother Barbara E. Kiesel of Haubstadt, IN, a sister Karen (Bill) Holt of Poseyville, IN, Kevin (Rita) Kiesel of Haubstadt, IN, and several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial Tony will be on Saturday, Dec.15, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. at the St. Wendel Catholic Church with Father  Ed Schnur the Celebrant, with burial in the church cemetery.  Visitation will be on Friday, Dec. 14, 2012 from 2:00 P.M.to 8:00 P.M at the Stodghill Funeral Home located on Hwy 168 West in Fort Branch and again from 9:00 A.M. till time of service on Saturday at the church.  A Rosary will be recited by the church parish at 7:30 P.M. at the funeral home on Friday evening. The family requests donations made to the St Wendel Catholic Church.
