Barbara S. Racine, 83, of Owensville IN passed away on November 26, 2019 at the Linda White Hospice Center in Evansville.  She was born on September 21, 1936 in Evansville IN to the late Donald Dougan and Golden (Workman) Dougan.  Barbara is also preceded in death by her husband, Max Racine on Jan. 4, 1982 and a Brother Larry Dougan.

She is survived by her children Max (Amy Phillips) Racine, Fort Branch and Cindy Koch, Owensville. Brother Donny Ray Dougan, Canton OH and 5 grandchildren; April Harvey, Nicole Meier, Andrew Koch, Justin and Audura Racine as well as 10 Great Grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Sunday, December 1, 2019 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch.  Services will be at 2:00 PM with Reverend Corey Atkins officiating.  Burial will be at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Fort Branch.
