Barbara J. Loewenkamp, 82, of Warrenton, IN, passed away at North River Health Campus in Evansville, IN, on Sunday, September 3, 2023. She was born to the late Elzie and Anna Katherine (Romershausen) Howell on June 23, 1941, in Princeton, IN.

Barb was a member of the St. Stephens Community Church in Warrenton, IN. She married her loving husband, Gilbert Loewenkamp, in 1962 and they had two beautiful children. She was a cook at The Log Inn for 31 years. She enjoyed watching Jimmy Johnson NASCAR races, gardening flowers specifically her rose bushes, listening to Elvis Presley and collecting everything to do with Elvis.

Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 21 years, Gilbert Loewenkamp; and daughter, Kristin Loewenkamp.

She is survived by her daughter, Kim Loewenkamp of Warrenton, IN.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, September 8, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Stephens Cemetery in Warrenton. Expressions of sympathy can be made at stodghillfuneralhome.com.
