Brian K. Gansman, 53, of Fort Branch, IN, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 9, 2014 at his residence. He was born to the late Austin (Bud) Gansman and Irene (Frankenberger) Gansman who survives him on May 1, 1961.

Brian worked at Oakland City College and was a member of St. James Catholic Church in Haubstadt, IN.  He attended Holy Cross Catholic Church in Fort Branch, IN.

He is survived by his wife, Rebecca (Cleveland) Gansman of Fort Branch, IN, his daughter, Lauren Gansman of Evansville, IN, his mother, Irene Gansman of Evansville, IN, a sister Bonnie Richter of Haubstadt, IN, and a grandchild, Alyvea Gansman .

A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted on Monday, Oct. 13, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Cross Catholic Church in Fort Branch, IN, with burial in St. James Cemetery in Haubstadt, IN.  Fathers Tony Ernst   and Sudhakar Bhastati will be co-celebrants.  Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until service time at the church on Monday.  In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to Holy Cross Catholic Church or to the charity of your choice.  Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch is in charge of arrangements.
