Cecil Quinton Hill, 63, of Fort Branch, IN, passed away at Linda E. White Hospice House in Evansville, IN on Tuesday, September 7, 2021. He was born to the late Luke and Lavern (Richardson) Hill on July 31, 1958, in Princeton, IN.

He was a member of the Wadesville General Baptist Church. He worked for the South Gibson School Corporation as a custodian, Mid-states Rubber as a machinist, and was the Union Steward for the local machinist union. He loved fishing and loud classic rock music.

Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister, Jane Sutton.

Cecil is survived by his siblings, Terry Hill of Owensville, IN, Jean Wagner of Fort Branch, IN, Steve (Vicki) Hill of Henderson, KY, and Judy (Darrel) Adams of Fort Branch, IN, and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A Celebration of Life service will be at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 11, 2021, at Stodghill Funeral Home with Pastor Jennifer Warren officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, September 11, 2021, from 3:00 p.m. until service time. Burial will be at a later date. Donations can be made to the funeral home to offset burial costs.
