Charles R Spindler,73, of Haubstadt, IN, passed away on Friday, Apr. 20, 2012 at his residence in Haubstadt.  He was born to the late Adam J and Thersia M. (Wannemueller) Spindler on February 12, 1939 in Haubstadt, IN. Charles worked for Whirlpool for 48 years and also Crescent City Security.  Charles was a member of  Local 808. Besides his parents he is preceded in death by a grandson, Isaiah DeWeese and siblings Loreen Stolz, Virginia Schmitt, Adam Spindler Jr., Anthony Spindler and George Spindler.

Charles is survived by his wife of 51 years, Brenda (Ott) Spindler,4 children, Anita (Jared) Payne of Newburgh, IN, Timothy C. (Diana Rickard) Spindler of Haubstadt IN, Lora M (David) Young, Evansville, IN. Natalie J (Nathaniel) DeWeese of Haubstadt, IN.  grandchildren, Megan Stocker, Teresa (Josh) Allsop, Ian Payne, Amariah Spindler, Jessica Young, Krystian Spindler, Danielle and Luke Young, Gabrielle and Emilie DeWeese. Brother John Spindler and sister, Rita Reiford.
