Donald R. Fleming, 80, of Haubstadt, Indiana, passed away at Premier Healthcare in New Harmony, Indiana on April 24, 2019. He was born to the late Lynn and Anna (Eades) Fleming on February 21, 1939 in Evansville, Indiana. Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters; Juanita Wright, Alene Eggers, and Wilma VanBibber.

Don attended Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Haubstadt, IN. He was a tool and die maker for 27 years and worked 10 of those years on the Old Ben Coal Mines. He was a member of the United Mine Workers of America Local 5179.

He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Joyce (Kiesel) Fleming of Haubstadt, IN, 3 daughters; Kim (Scott) Martin of Fort Branch, IN, Kelly (Jeremiah) Harris of Haubstadt, IN, and Kerri Fleming of Haubstadt, IN, 2 sisters; Betty Russelburg of Francisco, IN and Dot Knapp of Evansville, IN, and 6 grandchildren; Tyler Fleming, Kasey and Hailee Martin, and Lane, Blair and Bo Harris.

Services for Don will be on Friday, April 26, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch, IN with Father Tony Ernst as the celebrant. Visitation will also be on Friday, April 26, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Cemetery in Haubstadt, IN following services.
