Dorothy Jane Holland

Dorothy Jane Holland, 51, of Grandview IN passed away on Oct. 16, 2012 at her mother and fathers home in Fort Branch, IN.

Jane was an active member of the U.S. Army with a rank of Sgt 1 ^st Class, a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church in Fort Branch, the Grandview Garden Club and a lifetime member of the American Legion.

She is preceded in death by a sister, Tiara Georges and grandparents, Adrian and Dorothalea Reinhart and Jim and Margaret Georges.

Jane is survived by her children Kecia Amanda Holland of Rockport, IN, Roxana Sue Holland of Louisville, KY, her parents, Donald Ray (Louie) and Ann (Reinhart) Georges of Fort Branch, IN, sisters Pat Ping of Owensville, IN, Deborah Tyring, of Haubstadt IN, and Mary Sue Harrell of Fort Branch, IN and brothers Donald Ray Georges Jr. of Fort Branch, IN and Todd Joseph Georges of Fort Branch, IN. 2 grandchildren, Malikia and Serenity Holland and a fiance' Dennis Cox of Cox's Creek KY.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday, October 22, 2012 at 11:00 am at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Fort Branch with Father Tony Ernst and Father Bernard Lutz and Father Brian Emmick officiating.  Burial will be in the church cemetery, where a graveside military service will be conducted by the VFW Post #2714, American Legion Post # 194, and members of the U.S. Army.  Visitation will be Sunday October 21, 2012 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a rosary at 7:30 pm on Sunday at the Stodghill Funeral Home located on Hwy 168 West in Fort Branch.
