Earl R. Spindler

Earl R. Spindler, 61, of Haubstadt, IN, passed away at his residence on Thursday, Dec. 11, 2014.  He was born on Feb. 1, 1953 in Haubstadt, IN, to the late Clarence and Irene (Mackey) Spindler.

Earl Had worked at Emge Meat Packing as Plant Engineer and as Facilities Director at North Gibson School Corperation.  He was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church and attended the Fort Branch Presbyterian Church with his wife.  He loved spending time outdoors on his tractor and with his grandchildren.

Besides his parents Earl is also preceded in death by a brother Gilbert Spindler.

Earl is survived by his wife, Anna (White) Spindler, 2 daughters, Kelly (Lonie) Burns of Haubstadt, IN, Kristy Spindler of Haubstadt, 2 grandchildren Kaitlyn and Austin Burns, and 2 brothers, Irvin (Gloria) of Princeton, IN, Kenneth (Mary) Spindler of Mt. Vernon, IN.

Services for Earl will be on Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2014  at 11:00 AM at the Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch. IN, with Rev. Corey Atkins and Father Tony Ernst officiating.  Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery in Fort Branch. Visitation wll be on Monday, Dec. 15, 2014 from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the ALS Association or to a charity of your choice.
