Eugene H Fougnies, 83, of Fort Branch, IN. passed away on Wednesday, May 12, 2010 at The Waters in Princeton. He was born to the late Charles and Ruth (Landis) Fougnies on April 2, 1927 in Sullivan, IN Eugene worked as a Mail Carrier. Eugene was a WWII and Korean War veteran and a member of the Fort Branch General Baptist Church. Eugene is survived by 2 brothers Bill Fougnies of Princeton IN and Robert Fougnies of Indianapolis IN 1 sister Geraldine Davis of Fort Branch IN. Services for Eugene will be on Sunday, May 16, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. at the Stodghill Funeral Home located on Hwy. 168 West in Fort Branch, IN Rev. Steve Akins will officiate, burial will be in Walnut Hill Cemetery in Fort Branch, IN where military service will be conducted by the VFW Post #2714 and the American Legion Post #194. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, May 16, 2010 at the funeral home.
