George Stewart Munnier, 89, passed away at his home in Fort Branch, IN on September 13, 2017. He was born to the late George R. and Dorothy (Thompson) Munnier on January 30, 1928 in Princeton, IN.

He was a member of the Fort Branch First  Presbyterian Church, the National Rifle Associaton, and the Fraternal Order of Police. He was on the Fort Branch Fire Department from 1956 to 1988 and was presented the Government award for Meritorious Service in 1988. He was the owner and operator of Munnier Electric.

He is survived his son Glenn (Susan) Munnier of Fort Branch, IN, step-son Paul Stephens of Newburgh, IN, 3 grandchildren, 3 stepgrandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be private according to the family's wishes.
