Gerald W. Zenthoefer, 65, of Fort Branch, IN, passed away at his home surrounded by his family. He was born to the late Edgar and Mary (Helmer) Zenthoefer on November 1, 1954 in Evansville, IN.

He was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. He retired from Nidec Corp in the IT department in January of 2020 after 24 years. He enjoyed camping and fishing.

Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother Robert Zenthoefer.

He is survived by his children, Brooke (Kevin) Egli of Fort Branch and Lee (Roxanne) Zenthoefer of Evansville; siblings, Nadine (Jim) McHatton of Wake Forest, NC, Jane (Harold) Gottman of Princeton, Jack (Carolyn) Zenthoefer of Fort Branch, Roy (Marlene) Zenthoefer of Haubstadt, David (Julianne Baehl) Zenthoefer of Fort Branch, and Alice (Jay Yochum) Seibert of Fort Branch; and grandchildren, Trevor, Rhaegan, Noah, Harper, and Edalynn.

Services will be private due to current gathering limitations. Burial will be at St. Bernard Catholic Cemetery. Flowers and food should be delivered to the family's house. Donations can be made to Holy Cross Catholic Church.
