Geraldine McIntire Camp was born July 17, 1924 in Gibson County, Indiana and went home to be with her Lord Wednesday, December 8, 2010 at St. Anne Nursing Home, Fort Wayne. She worked at Fort Branch Mill and Elevator for 17 years, and then for 20 years as Treasurer of Gibson County School Corporation, retiring in 1987. She was a member of Fort Branch General Baptist Church, but attended North Haven General Baptist in Evansville for a number of years until moving to Fort Wayne. She is survived by her sister Edna Lois Gwaltney of Fort Wayne; nieces Marilyn Barnes, Colorado; Cheryl Sedlmeyer and Nancy Glenn, Fort Wayne; and nephew Larry Gwaltney, Florida. She was preceded in death by her brother Carl McIntire, parents Walter and Octavia McIntire, and husband George Camp.Also a special friend that cared for her Fred Stone. Visitation will be from 9am to 11am on December 21, 2010 at Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch IN. Funeral Services will be at 11am December 21, 2010 at the Stodghill Funeral Home with Reverend Steve Akins officiating with Burial in Walnut Hill Cemetery
