Herbert E. Reed 74, of Eustis,FL, passed away on February 12, 2012. He was born in Fort Branch, Indiana and moved to Eustis in 2010 from Francisco, Indiana. He was a member of Bethel Chapel of Owensville, Indiana and was retired from the meat packing industry. Mr. Reed is survived by his wife Donna; they were married for 48 years. Also surviving are his children Herbert L. (Lisa) Reed of Princeton, Indiana and Annette (Jerry) Hamby of Fort Branch, Indiana, brother Kenneth Joe Reed of Olney, Illinois, sisters Barbara Woods and Sandy Justus both of Evansville, Indiana, grandchildren Nathon Hamby, Chris Hamby, Justin Sullivan and Kennedy Griesemer and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Reed was predeceased by his parents Ermal and Fern Reed, brothers Ermal Ray Reed and Michael Reed and his sister Joyce Mason. A celebration of life visitation will be held at Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch, IN, from 1:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. on Sunday, Feb. 19, 2012. Food donations can be taken to the Shelter House in Fort Branch Park on Vine Street from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. on Sunday.
