Jane Ellen Richardson, 94, of Owensville, IN, passed away on April 18, 2025, at Linda E. White Hospice House in Evansville, IN. Born December 1, 1930, in Hickory Ridge, IN to Calvin Maddex and Nelly Wade.

Attending Mackey Church of the Nazarene and Owensville Church of the Nazarene, Jane was a devoted homemaker who loved children. She enjoyed spending time outdoors and playing games with her grandchildren. In her free time, she sewed and crocheted, creating beautiful barbie doll clothes for her children.

Preceded in death by her husband Cecil "Junior" Richardson, Jr.; son Charles Richardson; daughter Lisa Farmer; sisters Virginia Fields and Geraldine Manning.

Survived by children Vicki Richardson of Owensville, Cathy (Donald) Watkins of Elizabethtown, TN, Randall (Reba) Richardson of Owensville; sisters Joyce Mair and Grace Johnson of Owensville; grandchildren Debra, Melissa, Tony, Chris, Tom, Sr., Kyle, Amanda, Dustin, Daniel; 11 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and a daughter in law, Doris Richardson.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch at 2:00 p.m. Visitation from 10:00 a.m. Burial at Maumee Cemetery in Owensville.
