Jeff J. Kiesel, 51, of Owensville, IN, passed away on Tuesday evening March 4, 2008 at his residence. He was born to the late Clarence (Bud) Kiesel, who passed away in 1985 and to his mother, Barbara E. (Helsley) Kiesel who survives him, on July 4, 1956 in Princeton, IN. Jeff was a member of the Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Haubstadt, IN,.. Jeff worked at Rexam for 32 years where he was a supervisor. He was an avid drag racing fan and was a member of the N.H.R.A., He also loved to ride his Harley and was an ABATE Member. Jeff also loved to Fish and Camp. Besides his father, Jeff is also preceded in death by a son, Nicholas Kiesel who passed away in 1987 He is survived by his wife of 27 Years,Kathy (Bolin) KIesel, and 2 children Michael and Emily Kiesel all at home in Owensville, his mother Barbara E. Kiesel of Haubstadt, IN, a sister and 2 brothers, Karen Holt of Poseyville, IN, Kevin Kiesel of Haubstadt, IN, and Tony Kiesel of Cynthiana, IN, and survived by his nieces and nephews. Services for Jeff will be on Saturday, March 8, 2008, at 11:00 A.M. at the Stodghill Funeral Home located on Hwy. 168 West in Fort Branch, IN with Fathers Tony Ernst and Gary Kaiser officiating, burial will be in Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Haubstadt, IN. Visitation will be on Friday, March 7, 2008 from 2:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home, with a Rosary to be recited by the church parish at 7:30 P.M. that evening. The family request that any donations be made to the St. Judes or Riley's Childrens Hospitals.
