Judith Ann Sutton, 69, of Fort Branch, IN, passed away on Sunday, Apr. 15, 2012 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Evansville, IN. She was born to the late Orrie and Helen (Raley) Thomas on Aug. 21, 1942 in Evansville, IN. Judith is also preceded in death by her husband Jesse Lee Sutton on March 8, 2001. Judy was a retired nursing home dietician and was a member of the Fort Branch First Presbyterian Church. She is survived by 2 children, Patty (Chris) Pohl of Haubstadt, IN, Jeffrey Lee (Brittany) Sutton of Owensboro, KY, 5 brothers and sisters, Pat Fahrholz of Evansville, IN, Michael Thomas of Owensboro, KY, Donna Hinckel, John Thomas, and Cathy Jo Barbray all of Jacksonville, FL, 8 grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Services will be on Thursday, Apr. 19, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. at the Stodghill Funeral Home located on Hwy. 168 West in Fort Branch, IN, Father Tony Ernst will officiate, with committal service to be held on Thursday at 1:00 P.M. at Cypress Cemetery in Calhoun, KY, with Rev. Terry Fortner officiating. Visitation will be on Wed. Apr. 18, 2012, from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. The family wishes to thank the Angel River Health Campus and St. Mary's Hospital for their special care they gave their mother.
