Kayla Marie (Pfister) Booth, 43, of Haubstadt passed away at Deaconess Gateway Hospital on January 29, 2025.

Kayla was born on August 14, 1981 to Greg Pfister and Angie Walker in Evansville. In her youth, she was active in softball, soccer, gymnastics, and dance. Kayla was a stay-at-home mom who was always willing to help someone and was generous with gift giving. She was a problem solver and when you came to her house you never left empty handed. You may leave with one of her homemade candles.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Booth.

Kayla is survived by 3 children, Chloe Booth of Hiram GA, Dakotah Brewer of Evansville, and Clara Richie of Haubstadt; her parents, Greg Pfister of Fort Branch and Angie (Mike) Walker of Hiram GA; the father of her child and companion of 10 years, Danny Richie of Haubstadt; siblings, Christie (Caleb) Pfohl of Fort Branch, Sean Pfister of Fort Branch, Carlee (Taylor) Russell of Fort Branch, and Nick Pfister of Princeton; grandparents, Jim and Mary Jane Pfister of Darmstadt and Larry and Constance Singleton of Marietta, GA; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch with Gary Yoder as officiant. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until service time on Wednesday. A committal service will follow at Walnut Hill Cemetery.
