Kloe Marie Crook-Baumgart, 5 months, passed away on May 1, 2017. She was born to Kody Crook and Kristina Baumgart on November 23, 2016 in Evansville, IN.

Kloe is a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church.

She is survived by her parents Kody Crook of Evansville, IN and Kristina Baumgart of Fort Branch, IN, grandparents; Rohn Baumgart of Fort Branch, IN, Michelle (Michael) Lasson of Eldon, MO, Michael (Mary) Crook of Evansville, IN, Cynthia (Kevin) Waters of Evansville, IN, great grandparents; Phyllis Baumgart of Haubstadt, IN, James and Yvonne Carter of Tell City, IN, Jack Shockley of Lexington, KY, Patricia Matson of Evansville, IN, and Pearl Crook of Evansville, IN, and several aunts and uncles.

Services will be on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch, IN. Visitation will be on Saturday, May 6, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery in a private ceremony at a later date. Donations can be made to the family for burial expenses or to St. Vincent's NICU.
