Larry Eli Green, 83, of Princeton, Indiana, passed away on October 8, 2026, at Linda E. White Hospice House in Evansville, Indiana. Born September 19, 1943, in Patoka, Illinois, he was the son of the late Eli and Roberta (Arnold) Green.

A graduate of Princeton High School, Larry worked as an electronic technician at Potter & Brumfield for 43 years. In 1981, he married the love of his life, Dottie Kaye Sisk. He served in the United States Army National Guard and enjoyed target shooting and computer games in his free time.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Dottie Green; daughter, Sharon Wade; brother, Bill (Charlotte) Green; an infant sister; a twin brother who died in infancy; and four special dogs, Cookie, Heidi, Lucy, and Lacy.

Larry is survived by his children, Russell Green of Newburgh, Indiana, Troy (Kathi) Green of Princeton, Indiana, Pennie Ellis of Owensville, Indiana, Julie (Brandon Roberts) Green of Elberfeld, Indiana, and JD Green of Owensville, Indiana; brothers, Ron (Debbie) Green of Bloomington, Indiana, and Don (Becky) Green of Cincinnati, Ohio; 15 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 12, 2026, at Stodghill Funeral Home, with Pastor Steve Akins officiating. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. and continue until the service. Burial will follow at Walnut Hill Cemetery, with military honors provided by the Retired Veterans of Gibson County. Memorial contributions may be made to Riley Children’s Hospital or St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Expressions of sympathy may be shared at stodghillfuneralhome.com.
