Linda Lou Faulkner, 81, of Fort Branch passed away surrounded by her loving family on January 10, 2025 at Linda White Hospice House.
Linda was born on February 4, 1943 in Fort Branch to the late Oraotis and Margaret (Romershausen) Martin.
Linda loved reading and puzzle books when she was not watching a Western show. She was always very kind and never complained, and always knew how to show her beautiful smile. She also gave to several charities throughout her lifetime.
Linda is survived by her son, Jerauld Faulkner of Bruceville; 2 grandchildren; 2 sisters, Janetta King of Fort Branch and Margaret Ann Wagner of Washington; and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by 9 siblings, Jerauld Dean Martin, Geneva June Schaefer, Otis "Sodi" Leo Martin, Nola Marie Alderidge, Joseph Henry Martin, Nina Belle Brown, Mary Rose Martin, Ronald Ned Martin, and Donald Ted Martin.
A Graveside service will be performed on Friday, January 17, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Fort Branch with Pastor Bob Douglas officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Gibson County Animal Shelter or Linda White Hospice House. Expressions of sympathy can be made at stodghillfuneralhome.com.
