Mary Ann Schuessler of Eddyville Kentucky passed away on November 15, 2022. She was Born to the late Henry & Amelia Block on Dec. 7, 1930, at Ft Branch, IN. A member of St. Lucas United Church of Christ, 4H Leader, PTA President and a member of the Homemakers. Out of High School, Mary Ann worked at EMGE and later St Mary's Hospital. Mary Ann is preceded in death by her Husband of 61 years, Arthur John Schuessler and by her siblings Elvera Piper, Norman Block and Charles Block. She actively helped husband Art on the Farm and was proud of her garden with many beautiful Flowers. Mary Ann was a loving Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Great Great Grandmother that cherished her Family. Everyone called her "Granny" as she never knew a stranger. Art and Mary Ann (Granny and PaPa) raised their Family of 4 Children, 8 Grandchildren, 13 Great Grandchildren, 5 Great Great Grandchildren in Southern Indiana and retired in Kentucky on Lake Barkley. Mary Ann is survived by her children Connie (Tom) Woods of Vincennes, IN., Allen Schuessler of Kentucky, Judy (Chuck) Blackburn of Cape Coral, FL., Sandra (Gary) Dubuque of Tierra Verde, FL. Sister in Law Wilma Reibold of Lynnville, IN, Brother in Law Jim Schuessler of Quincy, IL, and Brother in Law Ed (Kay) Schuessler of Winslow, IN; Brother in Law Donald Graper of Princeton, IN. Grandchildren: Lisa Hunt, Jared Blackburn, Kerry Dubuque, Chris (Penni) Dubuque, Jaime (Ronnie) Brown, Julie (Chris) McGranahan, Sara Miller, Tommy (Ashleigh) Woods. Great Grandchildren: Jared M.C. Blackburn, Hunner Oliver, Valeri (Wyatt) Wells, Jasmine (Trent) Napieracz, Peyton (Blair) Thall, Elaina Dubuque, Heather Hunt, Cassidy Hunt, Justice Miller, Ian McGranahan, Isabella Dubuque, Logan McGranahan, Arthur Woods. Great Great Grandchildren: Liam Oliver, Demi Thall, Beatrice Hunt, William Wells, Carter Silvis. With Love and Gratitude, we thank the staff of Princeton KY. Health & Rehab along with her great Friends and Neighbors. Visitation to be held at Stodghill Funeral Home, 500 East Park Street, Hwy 168, Ft Branch, IN, on Saturday, November 19, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and again on Sunday, November 20, 2022 at St Lucas United Church of Christ at 1:00 PM till service time. Funeral Services will be at 2:00 PM with Pastor John Heumann officiating and burial in the church cemetery. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Lucas United Church of Christ. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
