Mary Ann Overton, age 76 passed away Saturday July 3, 2010 at Gibson General Hospital in Princeton In Mary Ann was born on December 1, 1933 to the late Fredrick and Sophia (Dewig) Elderbrook in Haubstadt IN. where she attended Haubstadt School. She is preceded in death by her husband Ermal (Jewett) Overton 1989, grandson Joshua Sweppy in 2001 brothers Clarence Elderbrook and Fred Elderbrook Mary Ann was a homemaker, devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great grandmother She is survived by her sons Larry Sweppy and Gary Overton both of Fort Branch, grandchildren, Tammie Stuckey of Evansville, Lacy Overton and Lanae Overton both of Princeton. Great-grandchildren: Derek Smitha, Catrina (Boes) Fisher and Hanna Baumgart. Great- Great Grandchildren Gabbrielle (Gabby) Smitha, Khale and Kholby Fisher and a sister Rosalee Walker of Fort Branch. Services for Mary Ann will be Wednesday, July 7, 2010 at the Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch at 10 am with the Reverend Brian Pullum officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday July 6, 2010 from 4pm to 8 pm at Stodghill Funeral Home.
