Micheal D. Schwiersch, 62, of Haubstadt, IN, passed away at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville, IN on August 18, 2020. He was born to the late Harold and Doris (Skelton) Schwiersch on December 20, 1957 in Gibson County, IN.

Micheal was a farmer until his 30's then worked for INDOT for many years.

Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother Mel Stunkel.

He is survived by his nieces and nephews, Dakota Weiss of Fort Branch, IN, Michelle Stunkel of Fort Branch, IN, Allen Stunkel of Henderson, KY, and Mandy Stunkel of Fort Branch, IN; uncles, Jim Skelton and Joe Skelton both of Mackey, IN; and 6 great nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life service will be on Friday, August 21, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. with Pastor Scott Burr officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until service time at Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch, IN. Expressions of sympathy can be made at
