Nida Elaine (Body) Sisk, 76, of Fort Branch, IN, passed away at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, IN on April 23, 2018. She was born to the late Clarence Body and Nida (Sager) Brown on March 19, 1942 in Bluford, IL.

Elaine was a beautician for over 45 years, having owned her own shop for over 30 years. Her and her husband Dale also owned and operated Mayer's Tavern for 10 years. She was also a member of the Fort Branch VFW Women's Auxiliary.

She is survived by her loving husband, Dale Sisk of Fort Branch, 4 children; Brian (Brenda) Schmittler, Denise (Keith) Boyer, Bill (Kim) Sisk, and Shelby Sisk all of Fort Branch, IN, 12 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren.

Services for Elaine will be on Friday, April 27, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch, IN. Visitation will be on Thursday, April 26, 2018 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Stodghill Funeral Home and again on Friday, April 27, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. until service time. Burial will be at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Fort Branch, IN following services.
