Nina K. Holzmeyer, 99, of Fort Branch, IN, passed away on Sunday, June 6, 2010 at the Transcendant Healthcare of Owensville. She was born to the late William and Myrtle (Martin) Delong on Mar. 9, 1911 in Gibson Co. She was a member of the Fort Branch General Baptist Church. she was retired from the Owensville convalescent Center. Nina is survived by her daughter and her spouse, Linda (Dick) Smith of Fort Branch, IN, 2 grandchildren, Joshua Smith, and Jennifer (Jerome) Young, 3 great grandchildren, Damian Smith, Ashlin and Zander Young and several nieces and nephews. Services for Nina will be on Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at the Stodghill funeral Home located on Hwy. 168 West in Fort Branch, IN; Pastor Bart Newton will officiate, with burial in Walnut Hill Cemetery in Fort Branch. Visitation will be on Tuesday, June 8, 2010 from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. The family request that in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to the American Heart Association.
