Penny Viner, 61, of Poseyville, IN, passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family on Friday, March 31, 2023. She was born to Roy and Virginia "Nan" (Clevenger) Mulvaney on April 2, 1961, in Salem, IL.

Penny was catholic in faith. She was a professional hair stylist for 25 years. She loved everything to do with being outdoors. She enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and gardening flowers and vegetables. Penny truly loved spending countless hours with her grandchildren.

Preceding her in death is her mother, Virginia "Nan" Mulvaney and her brother, Kevin Mulvaney.

She is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, Melvin Viner of Poseyville, IN; daughters, Amber (Jamie) Dumanski of Newburgh, IN and Brandi (DJ Wright) Barrett of Ekron, KY; father, Roy Mulvaney of Wadesville, IN; brother, Keith Mulvaney of Poseyville, IN; and grandchildren, Mason and Connor Dumanski and Emilynn and Meleah Wright.

Funeral services will be on Friday, April 7, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch, IN with Derick Benigni officiating. Visitation will be on Thursday, April 6, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Friday, April 7, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be at Owensville Cemetery. Donations in her honor can be made to the Vanderburgh County Humane Society.
