Phyllis A. Hill, 87, Princeton, IN, passed away peacefully, with her family by her side at Transcendent Healthcare of Owensville on Saturday, Mar. 18, 2017.  She was born to the late Delbert and Elsie (Pickett) Anger on Sept. 13, 1929 in Port Huron, MI.

She was a member of the Dayspring Community Church in Owensville, IN.

Besides her parents, Phyllis is also preceded in death by 5 brothers and 3 sisters.

Phyllis is survived by her husband of 68 years, James A. Hill of Princeton, IN, 4 children, Karen (Bill) Strenk of Avoca, MI, William "Bill" Hill of Port Huron, MI, Gloria (Craig) Theisen of Paw Paw, MI, and Jeffrey (Lois) Hill of Princeton, IN, 9 grandchildren, John (Kellie) Strenk, Tim (Mary) Strenk, Alan (Misty) Theisen, Kevin (Jen) Theisen, Daniella Rose Nellis, Leigh Ann Theisen, Benjamin Hill, Alexander Hill, and Liana Hill.  She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, Karissa Strenk, Kyleigh Strenk, Nicholas Strenk, Brendan Strenk, Stephanie Strenk, and Kit Marie Theisen.

A visitation from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM will be held at the Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch, IN, on Tuesday, Mar. 21, 2017 with a memorial service conducted by Pastor Scott Burr at 7:00 PM Tuesday evening at the funeral home in Fort Branch, IN.  A Service will be held on Saturday, Mar. 25, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the Smith Family Funeral Home North in Port Huron, MI, with Pastor Scott Burr officiating, burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery in Port Huron, MI.  A visitation will be held on Friday, Mar. 24, 2017 at the Smith Family Funeral Home North from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
