Sue Eileen Madden, aged 70, passed away on February 26, 2025, at Saline Care in Harrisburg, IL. She was born to Raymond and Neoma (Feil) Neufelder on September 26, 1954, in Princeton, IN.

Sue was raised in the Catholic Church at Holy Cross in Fort Branch. She graduated from Fort Branch High School in 1972. On January 8, 1983, she married Kenneth Madden, with whom she shared a loving partnership for over four decades. Sue worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for nine years in Evansville and Owensville. She had a deep affection for animals, particularly her dogs and cats, whom she cherished as her babies.

She is preceded in death by her father, Raymond Neufelder, and her brothers, Roger and Don Neufelder.

Sue is survived by her devoted husband of 42 years, Kenneth Madden of Crossville, IL; her mother, Neoma Neufelder of Brandon, FL; and her siblings, Kenny Neufelder of Brandon, FL, Judy (Leonard) Pate of Land of Lakes, FL, and Nancy Neufelder of Tampa, FL.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 8, at 11:00 a.m. at Stodghill Funeral Home, officiated by Father Gary Kaiser. Visitation will take place from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
