Viona J. Bright, 93, of Princton, IN, passed away peacefully at Gibson General Hospital in Princeton, IN.  She was born to the late Eugene and Daisy (Rice) Lock on Sept. 25, 1919 in Vevey, IN.

Viona was retired from Mid-states Rubber in Princeton, IN after 28 years of service and was a member of the Fort Branch Wesleyan Church.

Besides her parents Viona is also preceded in death by her husband, Graham Bright on Oct. 20, 2000, and 5 brothers Walter, Albert, Lee, Chet, and Leslie Lock, and 2 sisters, Mabel Cutter, and Annie Bouta.

She is survived by 2 children, Constance J. (Glenn) Brooks of Princeton, IN, and Chip (Marilyn) Bright of Fort Branch, IN.  She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.

A graveside service will be conducted on Sunday, May 11, 2014 at 2:30 PM at the Walnut Hill Cemetery in Fort Branch, IN.  Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch, IN is in charge of arrangements.
