William J. Richie, 69, of Fort Branch, IN passed away at Deaconess Hospice Center in Evansville on Saturday, Oct. 22nd, 2005. He was born on July 25th, 1936 in Evansville, IN to the late William T. and Bessie E. (Shanks) Richie. Bill is survived by his wife Cheryl (Pearson) Richie, 4 sons, Wyatt Richie of Mason, OH., Raif Richie of Louisville, Ky., Nathan Richie of Fort Branch, IN and Clint Richie also of Fort Branch. He is also survived by a sister Patricia Smith of Fort Branch, IN and 4 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 25th, 2005 at Durham Cemetery in Fort Branch, IN at 1:00 P.M. A visitation will be held on Tuesday morning from 11:00 A.M. until 12:30 P.M. at the Stodghill Funeral Home located at Hwy. 168 West in Fort Branch, IN.
