Dallas Hall Obituary

Dallas Gene Hall, 73, of Fort Branch, IN, passed away at his home on July 15,2020. He was born to the late Jack and Thelma (Meyer) Hall on June 8, 1947 in Dubois, IN.

Dallas served two years in the United States Navy before transferring to the Navy Reserves. He retired from Whirlpool after 42 years of service. He was a member of the Fort Branch VFW Post #2714. He loved hanging out in his garage playing cards, playing cornhole, drinking a cold beer, and having a good conversation with friends.

Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Louie Hall.

Dallas is survived by his children, Stacy (Tony) Hagan of Evansville, IN and Jeremy (Kim) Hall of Fort Branch, IN; sisters, Pauline (Gary) Woolard of Princeton, IN, Ruth Hall of Princeton, IN, Dorothy Hall of Evansville, IN, Karen Hall of Princeton, IN,  and Marcia Hall of Evansville, IN; brothers, Andy (Kathy) Hall of Kentucky, Garry (Marcia) Hall of Fort Branch, IN, and Scott Hall of Evansville, IN; sister-in-law, Sue Hall of Evansville, IN; grandchildren, Tristan and Tyler Abell; and a great grandchild, Maddox Abell.

Graveside services will be on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Blythe Chapel Cemetery with Pastor Scott Burr officiating. Military Honors Services will be performed by the Gibson County Veterans and the U.S. Navy at the cemetery. Donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
