Kristina Marie Baumgart

Kristina Marie Baumgart, 31, of Fort Branch, Indiana, passed away at Deaconess Gibson Hospital in Princeton, IN on Tuesday, July 6, 2021. She was born to Rohn Baumgart and Michelle (Shockley) Lasson on February 25, 1990, in Jefferson City, MO.

Kristina has been a pharmacy tech for over 13 years and most recently worked at Paul’s Pharmacy in Evansville, IN. She loved to fish, go on walks, spend time with her family, and visit with people at her job. Her daughter, Kloe, and her nieces and nephews were her pride and joy.

Kristina is survived by her parents, Rohn Baumgart and Michelle and Michael Lasson; siblings, Amber (Shannon Barnes) Baumgart, Hanna (Austin Allen) Baumgart, Krystopher Lasson, Andrew (Samantha) Lasson, Dareth (Bobbie Nielsen) Armstrong, Rebecca (Brynah Hanger) Lasson; grandparents, Yvonne and James Carter, Jack Shockley and John Lasson; and nieces and nephews, Easton, Kayden, Hudson, Harper, Raegan, Eli, Teagan, Wyatt, Laila, Laken, and Emerson.  

Kristina was preceded in death by her daughter, Kloe Crook-Baumgart; grandparents, Charles and Phyllis Baumgart and Kathleen Lasson; great grandparents, Oscar and Norma Jo Swedenburg, Carl and Mildred Baumgart, and John and Lola Kleug; special friend, Jordan Armstrong.

A Celebration of Life service will be on Friday, July 9, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. at Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch, IN. Visitation will be on Friday, July 9, 2021, from 4:00 p.m. until service time. Burial will be private at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery in Evansville, IN. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to the American Heart Association.
