Nelson Robert Drennan, 64, of Fort Branch, IN, passed away at his home on January 16, 2022. He was born to the late Charles and Nadine (May) Drennan on June 19, 1957, in Boise City, Oklahoma.
Nelson worked many jobs in his life. He was a farmer, did metal working, plumbing and heating, and was a paramedic. His last occupation was a team leader in the paint department at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana in Princeton. He was a member of the France Island Group (his camping crew), and enjoyed wood working, gun smithing, and hunting and fishing. He married his loving wife, Kim Trible, at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church in Snake Run, IN on May 5, 1984, and they have been together for 38 years.
Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by two infant sons, Matthew and Ryan Drennan.
He is survived by his loving wife, Kim Drennan of Fort Branch, IN; son, Robert Drennan of Fort Branch, IN; sister, Donna (Richard) Trantham of Texas; and his best buddy, his dog Bebop.
A Memorial Service will be held at Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch, IN on Friday, January 21, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor Scott Burr officiating. Visitation will be on Friday, January 21, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be at a later date.
