Donna L. Graper, 56, of Fort Branch, IN, passed away at IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, IN on Friday, April 30, 2021. She was born to Kenneth and Marilyn (Dearing) Wallace on May 27, 1964 in Evansville, IN.
Donna was a member of Christian Fellowship Church in Evansville. She was a librarian at the Fort Branch/Johnson Township Public Library for 13 years. She was an avid reader and loved to read every genre of book, but romantic novels were her favorite. She was a St. Louis Cardinal fan, an Elvis Pressley fan and an animal lover who supported no-kill animal rescues. She married her loving husband, David Graper, on June 14, 1985. This year would have been their 36th wedding anniversary. She was very loved and will be greatly missed.
She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Zenas and Anna Wallace and maternal grandparents, Fred and Macy Dearing.
She is survived by her loving husband, David Graper of Fort Branch; son, Dwight Graper of Fort Branch; parents, Kenneth and Marilyn Wallace of Cynthiana; mother and father-in-law, John and Dorothy Graper of Princeton; siblings, Terry (Diane) Wallace of Fort Branch, Sandra (David) Schmitt of Cynthiana, and Lori Haley of Haubstadt; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Funeral services will be on Thursday, May 6, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch. Visitation will be on Thursday, May 6, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Burial will be at St. Lucas Cemetery in Fort Branch. In lieu of flowers, donations in her honor can be made to the Fort Branch/Johnson Township Public Library or It Takes a Village No-Kill Rescue.
