Kenneth Richie, Jr., 77, of Fort Branch, IN, passed away at his home on August 31, 2020. He was born to the late Kenneth Richie, Sr., and Clara (Welt) Richie on November 20, 1942 in Princeton, IN.
He was a tool and die maker for Potter and Brumfield in Princeton, IN for over 40 years. He was an avid motorcycle rider who loved his Harley Davidson, and in his younger years, he enjoyed flying airplanes.
Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by his loving wife, Sarah (Seib) Richie; son, Jared Richie; and brothers, Larry C., and Elmer Richie.
He is survived by his children, Laura (Jim) Runnion of Evansville, IN and Danny Richie of Haubstadt, IN; siblings, Kay Austill of Lynnville, IN, Linda (Bruce) Hodges Mt. Airy, NC, Dale (Bonnie) Richie of Glasgow, KY, Alan (Jeanette) Richie of Evansville, IN, and Bobby Richie of Glasgow, KY; grandchildren, Nicole Vanhooser, Glenn TenBarge, and Clara Richie; and great grandchildren, Gavin and Ambreah TenBarge.
A Celebration of Life service will be on Saturday, September 5, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch, IN with Gary Yoder officiating. Visitation will be on Saturday, September 5, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.Burial will be at Walnut Hill Cemetery.
